Thought this stuff seemed pretty rad. It's called d30 its a malleable rubber until it comes under impact and then it stiffens right up. Seems like there would be alot of uses for this stuff in the motorcycle world. So far the material is being used for all sorts of things from dh mtb armor to soccer shin pads. As of right now they only have gloves available for motorcycles, it will be interesting to see what they can do if this stuff takes off in the future.
