These are not Ice Racing tires. They are for Trails and MX only. You need about 3-4 inched of snow, or you will destroy the studs and tires, how ever I am on my 5th season and only now need a new rear Michelin. If you take care of them, they last for years. If you want tires for the ice, try here:
