That's because there are no short cuts to doing a job correctly. Seriously those guys are hacks. If any of my employees tried to service a set of forks that way it would be there last set for me. They did not take apart the cartridge, clean out the tubes, check spring preload, look for broken shims, debris in the valving, worn piston bands. Total hacks, not even a half assed job.
