There was a show on discovery a few weeks ago about global warming and the New England area. Just a degree or 2 average warmer per year (most importantly keeps the ocean a degree or 2 warmer...and you New Englanders should know what that meens) can cause stronger and more frequent snowstorms  |
+1 IIRC, global warming creates more severe extremes of weather throughout the year and around the world. Mor frequent and severe snowstorms, more severe hurricanes, more frequent tornadoes... It basically fucks with the jet stream....
