Dude...totally unrelated matter (unless these two fucking clowns are related) - I used to manage this office park in Baltimore that had one floor of hospital billing personnel on it. There was one woman who took out her aggressions and frustrations on the ladies room on let's say a quarterly to semi-annual basis. I'd get a call saying "She did it again"...bitch would either 1) take a shit in her hand, or 2.) shit in the box and then scoop it up. She would proceed to smear it all over the fucking wall (end stall...always) and the stainless partition walls. I would never send "my own" up to handle it and made them call people in from the main hospital to come in with the biosuits to clean that SHIT up!!!! They eventually found out who was doing it after 2 1/2 years.

That dude you're stuck in the building with - that's most likely a dude who's either P.O.'d about his job and is taking his frustrations out in a similar way as the bitch mentioned above or, better yet, has an extreme case of OCD, is afraid to let his ass actually touch the seat and is either doing "the hover" or the coat hang from the hook on the back of the door.

Post some signs up and try to switch up your visits to el juan. Who better than YOU to catch the fucker doing this??
