Its what we get for letting our rights to privacy signed off so easily.
yes selling refer is wrong and yes to some degree using the phone to lure somone to a drug deal is wrong but its the realities we are now faced with with our privacy under strict scrutiny.
hell did you know that a cell phone company has the ability to turn your cell phone on without there being any sign of it being on. they can listen into every conversation you have, and this is all now accessible through the proper law enforcement channels.
It does sound very fishy, but because of a lawsuit there is basically no chance that this kid will even learn anything from this, he seen an oppurtunity and the lawyer did to, if it were just a "refer" charge he would be in and out of court in a day and have to suffer the penalties till he was 18, no big deal probation maybe some community service and a fine or two, it just goes to show what we have come to. this kid did something wrong and now hes trying to get some reparation out of it. now i see the charges being dropped, but to keep a school zone drug free they were being proactive, showing that if you get caught we'll find the others involved, smart when you want to know what somw of these kids are doing in school. Also a good first step in the fact that if NH were to de-criminalize pot then there is absolutely no reason that they should not be able to by any means necessary keep school zones clean.
