Last I heard, if you are in a school zone & you are doing anything drug related, they (the cops) have the right of seizing any & all of your property.
I don't think it pertains to a principal of a school though. That would be theft of private property.
About the phone company turning on my phone to listen in without me seeing any display or knowing it is turned on: Now I know why my battery goes dead so quickly! Thanks for the info!
