i agree to an extent, but it still seems a little ridiculous. I'm not saying kids selling drugs at school shouldn't get busted for it....but say you had a kid in high school and their phone was on your plan....it gets confiscated and the principal sends/recieves a bunch of text messages for an hour or two on it trying to bust all your kids friends for whatever.
That could add up price-wise if there isn't a txt plan. I'd be pissed if I was the parent, not only about the expense (not the amount just the principal of it) and the invasion of privacy on my kid. haha.
