Agreed that roadside sales AND service are both great! They helped me pick out my first bike, never made me feel silly for not knowing a thing about bikes, went out of their way on numerous occasions to provide superb service. Got my first bike and most of my accessories there.
Visited Cyclewise last week, was really impressed with them, especially their knowledge of the Suzuki SV which I think will come in handy for me.
