penguin does both, they have them listed differently on their event calender
ive done trackdays with many different orgs and if i were just starting out, i would def go with tonys. they will give you the instruction that you need and in a very safe and controlled environment and hammer home the correct lines. Also dont look at it as if going to a trackday doesnt prepare you to race - i credit my first race win this weekend because I knew the fast line through turn 11-12 from going to tonys and the other guy didnt - i got a better drive out onto the front straight and won!
