The only exception to that is if they are running a special financing promotion at the dealership or brand credit card. I was able to finance my last motorcycle at 3.99% for 3 years when the going rate was around 6.5%. You have to read the fine print though to make sure you don't get screwed in the end. I made sure my monthly payments would cover the balance a couple of months before the 3 year term was up.
