Crossing into Canada as mentioned requires 2 pieces of ID. I have crossed back and forth at least 50 times in the past 4 years. My advice for either direction is only answer the questions you are asked. I remove my shades and helmet as I get to the booth as well. |
Yes, take off your shades, if you 're driving, turn off the radio, etc. THey don't like it if you keep your shades on. If you have tinted windows, LOWER them so they can see what/who is in the back....all these little things help showing them you have nothing to hide and you are being cooperative with them from the start.
