I need to remodel the bathroom in my condo about (5x8). There's significant mold on the ceiling and walls (who the fuck wallpapers a bathroom?) so they need to be redone. And while we're in there we figure on replacing most of the fixtures too (toilet, vanity/sink, medicine cabinet, lighting - basically everything but the tub) and having the floor redone.

Need to have it done by the end of June as that's when my girlfriend's lease is up and since it's a one bath condo we'll be staying at her place while the bathroom is unusable.

Need someone reliable who's experienced with bathroom remodelling and mold issues (not sure if we'll need to replace the drywall or just strip the wallpaper/ceiling and repaint). We can do some of the unskilled prep work like strippinig the wallpaper and removing the fixtures if it'll help reduce cost or accomodate the time constraints.
