I agree.
I have always found some of the best poutine at popular roadside shacks/trucks.

Get the gravy very hot and pour over fries and curds.
Ever since LBP got big their food quality has gone downhill.

The parties and the poutine are what I miss the most about Quebec.
Poutine in Ontario was close...but not quite the same.

I think you can actually buy "poutine" sauce now up north.
