the more common spare parts you can get at the track....having spares already isn't a horrible idea but it isn't totally necessary either. For starters, think more about being comfortable at the track than bringing everything you need to rebuild the bike. Ask anyone here, duct tape and zipties will get you a long way.

Basic tools, gas, chairs, food/drinks, ezup, maybe a table of some kind, radio, those types of things will make your time up there much more enjoyable. To this day I still dont have most of the spares you've listed, including rims. As you spend mroe and more time at the track, and get faster and faster, you'll catch on quick as to what specific tools/parts you should bring. And if you dont have it, chances are someone has one you can borrow as well.

Tire warmers might be a good idea though, if nobody has mentioned them yet.
