I have a room becoming available in my apartment starting preferably August 1. Its a very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. Large kitchen/ dining, 1.5 bath, surround sound in the living room in full HD of course and a dedicated video game room in the back which leads to a deck. PLenty of parking on the street. About a 10-15 minute walk from the commuter rail (2 minute drive), one street over from Moody street-several bars/restaurants. $550/ month + utilities (heat, electric, internet/cable).
