Have you had a recent physical (complete with blood work) to make sure your body is up to a change like this, and that nothing is wrong (tapeworm from a college trip to Mexico, malaria, etc)? Ask the doctor for their advice as long as you're there.

Sign up with a personal trainer who understands your goals, not one who has a cookie cutter routine to run you through and tells you to eat healthy and drink lots of water - NEXT!!!

More then likely they'll have you increase your calorie intake with healthy choices and supliments, and lift weights. Do yourself a favor - work on all the little core muscles as much if not more then the main muscles. You may also want to look at yoga, or martial arts as a way to balance in some flexibility.
