any one of those could probably work.. in fact, if you have a modern PC (less than 2 years old) it MAY have a capture device installed already as a feature of the video card..
a video capture device is exactly what it sounds like.
a device which "listens" to a video stream and translates it to a format which can be stored on your PC (thus capturing it).
alternatively, you could buy a stand alone dvd burner and record the stream directly to disc that way..
