100 ranges from 30 to 50 mph depending where you are...outskirts or in town.
It takes on many different forms from nice twisty sections to boring-assed nothingness to long sweepers. It's considered a scenic route on the maps.
Expect fairly sedate riding for the duration of the road. There is usually a decent amount of traffic as well.
