They do have an issue with the mid pipe coming into contact with the rear brake reservoir, which is annoying but not a big deal.

Annoying? Not a big deal? that's a potential fire ball and brake fluid all over the place. Reservoirs are mostly plastic, maybe you meant the master.
As for exhausts, I'm a bit of an M4 fan. One of the very few companies that make a slip on with Ti mid-pipes. Ti Force is nice to.

Ti Force makes a dual slip for it as well, one can under tail and one can mounted on the right...not bad lookin. I'd be afraid of seeing the price tag though
