    2009 FJR1300A

Not the best site to sell such a beastie. But if you know anyone looking at getting a good sporty tourer, let them know. I'll send some pics if interested, but it is the black model
    Particulars,
    7500 miles but riding it
all factory except heated grips, custom leather seat
tires are GT023's, about 2500 miles on them, but usually good for 8k
I also installed a switch distribution block under the seat for more accessories.
    Oh, and GIVI windshield.
    Say $9k-ish

Yes, A is ABS, E means electo-paddly-thumb shift.

Seems like a very competitive price for that year / condition.

    Re: 2009 FJR1300A

When I bought the bike, I wanted something more comfortable, and it is. This thing will throw down the miles with ease, even two up. The engine power is great, extremely wide and usable torque. Some people complain that it is only a 5 speed, but with a power curve like this, you could probably get away with 4 gears. I rarely take it over 6k rpms. It is just a little weighty for a lot of the fun roads around here, but does handle amazingly well for its size and length. I am in no hurry to move it, but I think I'd like to pick up something else, just not sure what that might be.
    Thanks all for the comments.

Pure curiosity, what does the engine turn at say 75-80 MPH in top gear? This is my biggest beef with my 650.

Little over 4k at 80. And that is when you are really getting into the power, roll on 80 to 100 is quick, or so I hear...

Somedays I regret leaving the world of liter bikes. Other days I remember replacing rear tires every 4k miles.
