I am a NH suburb native who worked in the city for years and still do (Allston now). I bought my house because I was sick of renting and got a SMOKING deal on the house. I have renovated and made it nice and now I am sick of the city. I also drove to work in 14 minutes from Southie to Allston (gonna miss that).

House is now under agreement and has allowed me to buy a new house I could not otherwise have afforded (large down payment from some of the profit I made on the old house). Funny thing is I just sold my existing house for WAY more than I paid for my new house.

Closing in January. very excited to live in the new house and the HUGE garage!
