Totally random, but I googled "Motard Loudon" to show somebody a video of what it's like....

I believe your circa August '08 "grandeur" makes an appearance ~3:28.

Whoever was taking the video was sure making some close passes for a practice session... Unless it was *that* important to get a closeup of the dollar bill on the back of your bike :-)

Bergs would argue those aren't close passes.

I miss Alex. Have we said his name enough to trigger a flyby name drop by him yet?

    it *was* that important.

Rewatching that made me smile. Miss racing, riding, and hanging out with you lads. Thx for the kind words. Funny enough the Ritchie pass wasn't even stressful (I knew Ritchie was turning in AND I was on his outside, perfect to get that shot). By comparison the pass on the outside of T2 was hairy (he could have kept pushing up to wall) and when Tarna swung across my nose as I went for the pass entering T9 I had to brake check and almost went over the bars! That pinch exiting T10 was close too. Just another day racing motards at Loudon

Great track. Great people. Cheers friends.
