Saw a guy post up on SVrider.com recently saying he just got one & loves it. Perfect plug & play.

Educate me on these. If I use my kill switch (Gen II SV) to start the bike, do I have to bump start it? I'm assuming the kill switch energizes the motor but the starter is immobilized.

Wat? No. This replaces the keyed ignition, not the starter.

Kill switch off = ignition off.
Kill switch on = ignition on. Push starter button, bike go vroom.
