kanc update

Did bear notch road yesterday (7/28). Looks like construction is starting today (7/29) on the kanc just west of the lower falls. Not sure how far west they are going since i was headed east.
Just figured id give a heads up hopefully its just a repave. That section from BN rd to the lower falls is relatively smooth so not sure why they are even bothering.
they need to repave the S curves on the east end.

Went through there today. From Lincoln, the paving starts about a mile from the bear notch road turn. It was a 15 min wait. Fwiw rt 116 is in rough shape as is the sawyer (rt 118).
