Where to buy Time-sert thread repair kits

I need a Time-sert thread repair kit for a 12mm x 1.5 thread. (not my fault; I have a torque wrench...fricken PO ) Anyone know where I can buy one locally? I can order online, but I don't want to wait. All the auto parts stores sell the Helicoil kits and look at me like I have 2 heads when I ask for a timesert.
