Clip on question Has anyone ever assembled a bar weight like this? I did it last night, I was however unable to get part the weight into the clip-on with part #12 attached. It's a metal rod with a rubber ring at each end, it appears to be a vibration damper. #12 is a metal retention clip. Every time I tried to press the assembly in the rubber ring would deform and the retention clip would pop partway back out. I'm not particularly worried about anything coming loose.. I almost question the need for the entire thing.  |
