Spray paint mist on my street bike...

so yea, i'm an idiot. when i painted my number plates on the race bike, i covered everything around with sheets and stuff and got it done....only the gas tank to my street bike was on the ground and i forgot about it. now its got this like white haze over it, it kinda looks dusty but obviously wont come off.

when i got the bike painted i asked the guy to put extra clear coats on because i live on a dirt road, and its over the clear coat so i know i can buff it off or something and get it shiny again....

any recommendations on how to do this? products or anything?

Spray paint mist on my street bike...

the clay works well. I did auto detailing for a few years through highschool so I can pretend to know what I'm talking about. I'd wet-clay it with some of that spray-wax or spray-wax-cleaner-in-one stuff...

should be fine.

there are also other methods if that doesnt work...
