chain rivet tool to lend for charity

I have a chain rivet and breaker tool to lend. I also need to ride more. If you are in NH and within 45 minutes of Raymond, I'll ride up and bring it to you to use while I wait (no beer required, and I'll stretch the distance limit if I have time and it's an interesting ride ). You can also bring your bike and chain and use it here, no distance limit of course.

What I ask in return is that you donate $20. to the charity of your choice (no political charities, please), and email me the receipt. Some suggestions: RRW Action Fund, March of Dimes, David's House, New Horizons Soup Kitchen, Children's Hospital at Dartmouth, you get the idea.

Reply here or PM me if you need the tool, and when you are available. No need to donate until we're sure we can meet up. Weekdays are OK, especially around lunchtime; I work at home and really need to get away more. I'll also be at Tony's Trackday Monday April 28th.

after a beer or two I wouldn't remember which side of the bike the chain was on, and wouldn't care

but if I WAS to accept beer, it would be Smithwicks, Guinness, Old Thumper, or Ommegang

Well...it only took one post to take good and noble idea and turn it into a thread about beer.

OK, I'm going to open up our options here :
  • charity donation
  • really good beer (see list in previous post)
  • really good chocolate (See's, etc; no grocery store crap)
  • world peace (the preferred option, big karma points for you)

Rt 107 North as far as you have time for is a good choice , just be careful in Deerfield and town centers. It's also a great way to get to Loudon, and I'll be taking a ride up there tomorrow lunchtime if it's not too wet?
