funny, the day after I got my trailer...(harbor freight)
it was the first thing Graham and Tony mentioned to me...
make sure you grease your wheel bearings once a year!

Having dealt with the bearing failure - Everytime I stop for gas, I take a walk around the trailer, checking the tie downs, the hitch and chains, and touch each of the hubs to make sure they're not too hot.

Bought an old small sailboat from a gentleman a couple of hours away. Was towing it home and both wheels popped off. True story! Luckily the boat was small enough to fit in the back of a flatbed.

RH Scales in Westwood MA. Right off Rt.1
It is on University Ave. and they have anything you can think of for a trailer. Prolly a 15 min. ride for ya Denno.
