Thank you Mark "TLRMan"

So i finally finished up the restoration of one of my Dinosaurs over the winter. I went through every nut and bolt from top to bottom and and did everything possible to get her ready for the road and looking good. Pulled her out of the garage, pulled the choke she starts right up and i'm off. Heading down the street and hit the throttle and bog, bog, bog,. Great now what?...get back to the yard plenty of gas, gas getting to the carbs. Spark is good. Take the fuel line off the carbs plenty of fuel flowing through. What the hell. I hated the thought of taking it somewhere to get looked at just so i can take one in the ass. So i remember lots of people talking about "Mark" TLRMan on the forum and his love for Suzukis. So PM was sent. We went back and forth with the PMs, try this try that. Then i tell him i took the airbox out and put the K&Ns directly on the carbs he says bingo to much air, running too lean. I had a K&N in the box so i figured putting them on the carbs wasn't going to change much but it changed a lot. He says he can take a look at it the following weekend and we can rejet the carbs and that should do it. The guy actually comes to my house with his tools...Mind you i could be on my death bed and i would still have to get myself to the Hospital and this guy comes to me. Well he walks around the bike listens to it carefully does a little touchy here and there and he knows just what to do. We tear out the carbs break them open some drilling here and some drilling there and presto she sounds 100% better. Take her for a spin and she's perfect. This guy knows his shit and the recommendation i'm giving him here will not be enough to do him justice. Being an engineer and an all around bike guru. He was talking me in circles with things i'll never get, but my bike sure does! So thanks again Mark for all your help. It was nice having someone work on my bike who knows exactly what he's doing never mind the education you gave me by letting me help...Priceless!...

How did I miss this thread???

Mark is definitely my best recommendation for fuel system, work.

BTW, the Suzuki looks cherry, Steve. Too bad it's not a Honda though.
