im not 100% sure what i need as ive never used one before, but like I was telling you jim I have that phillips head bolt in my swingarm that holds a brake line bracket. I need to get it out to put on my hugger fender but the damn thing wont budge at all, ive put some PB blaster on it and tried to wrench on it a little bit but it will def strip before it will come out

its a round headed bolt, i believe theyre called truss head bolts? so you cant get vise grips on it, because its flush to the swingarm and has a domed head
