Ducati Temperature Question

I am wondering what the "worry" range is for a Ducati S4R.

I was riding in stop and go traffic today, and a nearby Bank thermometer
said 88* and it was humid. The temperature reading on my Duc was bouncing
around 210, but spiked up to 240. Once back on the Highway and into
Mass (where the outside temperature was a lot less due to cloud cover) the temperature
reading on the Duc was at about 180.

What is the worry range, prior to it over flowing?

I've had mine spike up to that range a few times in traffic. Never had any overflow or any problems from it. Usually if I am in traffic and the temp starts to rise I just lane split or go up the break down lane. If there are any cops around just remember it is going to take them longer to get around the mess of traffic than it will take you.

Are you sure you don't have Ducati plastics wrapped
