2009/10 R1 fork bottoms cracking.

I was sent an email saying that there have been some reports of R1 fork bottoms cracking during wheel changing. Apparently, Yamaha have been warrantying these. Be careful and use correct torque when mounting wheels.

Woah, thats a little scary. Recall on its way? Wouldnt normal riding put strain on that area with the chance of cracking?

I've owned one, and I was about as happy with the Honda as I am with the SXV

Not worried about my forks cracking, they can't break if I don't ride it
