Throttle Body Synchronization

Anyone familiar with the carbtune II (www.carbtune.com)? Any idea if I can use this to synch my throttle bodies? Or will I have to find somewhere that stills sells mercury manometers?

Cheers,
Chris

From the website:

It will also easily and accurately sync the throttles on fuel injection bodies and 4-stroke outboards.
