jet question on 03 SV650s

So i decided to buy an 03 SV650S early next spring for my next bike- I want to have some mods waiting for it when I get it. Looking at a the scorpion slip-on exhaust and want to re-jet while I'm at it. Who makes a jet-kit for the bike? Found a million exhausts for it but no jet kit. Any suggestions?

WAIT A MINUTE!........ You almost had me SUCKER!
The 03 SV is FUEL INJECTED..so you are gonna need a Powercommander, which is made by Dynojet.

Make sure you do the "Snorkle-ectomy", loose the padding under the tank, and shim it up another 1/2 inch, or you are wasting your time with the pipe, and PC.

haha- I realized that after I posted it-oops

So what is involved in raising the tank up a bit? any special things needed for it.

Get a handful of washers, and space it up where it (tank) bolts to.

Do you think that the 03 will have the same airflow problem? I thought the airbox was reshaped.

I did it- bought an 02 instead of an 03.

in my garage right now.
First line of business is to get rid of that monstrosity of a fender.

About pipes:
If I get a slip-on- Do I need to re-jet?????

Good choice. Much better looking IMO. It is a good idea to to rejet the SV. I have seen people get away without it but the bike will run better and the power potential will be there. Throttle will be much more responsive.
