front springs

It's time for getting something new this year.I am getting new front and rear springs. My ques is is 1 litter of fluid enough for both front forks? I was told that it would be plenty. I'm getting a repair manual (about time) to double check. Buy the way I have a gsxr600 01

I got two quarts, the first quart I got is a cheapy fork oil, and I'm going to use it just to flush, and the second is a good (hopefully anyway, it was twice as much) oil.
