122 messages in my folders?

Ivw noticed lately that I have less and less PM storage capacity. When I look at the pane at the bottom of the screen when I first enter the FORUMS area it says I have 122 total messages. WTF......I went through ever catagory in my user CP and all I count is 26.

What gives?
