I know that i havent smoked all my intelligence away so how do i post my picture? I cant seem to figure it out here

Up at the top of every page, there's 10 little boxes. Click on USER CP. There's an option in wunna your CP options where you can attach avatars, etc.,

USER CP ------------>EDIT OPTIONS

Avatar option is at the bottom of the EDIT OPTIONS page...
