I can't tell if that initiates the ping on the local computer (i.e. his) or from the server hosting that page. It's better to run it from a command prompt.

In Windows, click start/run type cmd and hit enter.

Holy shit!!!!!!!! I'm finally on from home!!!!!! Frankenstein: That link you pasted worked. It was the first thing I tried. I still don't understand what happened???? I tried deleting the link from my favorites, I typed the website into my browser I even tried going in through Google..I.E. hitting the link from the google page after typing NE Streetriders in the search, but nothing seemed to work. What is so different in the link you pasted a few messages back?????

Another thing to try is switching out your DNS servers. Some ISPs have crap DNS servers.

I like to use: OpenDNS | Providing A Safer And Faster Internet

There are instructions on there about how to change over to their servers. I've found them to be a good deal faster than Comcasts, and more reliable...
