The only thing on the our end that could be causing it is the firewall, which would automatically block him if he unsuccessfully tried to access the server by ssh/smtp/pop3/cpanel or any number of other protocols too many times. Not that he'd have any reason to be doing that, but I'll check his IPs from his user here, and look for them in the firewall deny list.

Can you ping the server? Try it both by name (www.nestreetriders.com) and by IP (209.190.5.138). If you can ping by IP and not by name, it's a DNS issue. If you can't ping either, it's a firewall or routing issue somewhere between your keyboard and the server. Give it a try and let me know the results...and we'll go from there.
