What's the "+" next to some people's names?

in the "Currently Active Users" and "Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread" lists?

Example: right now on the main forum page I see this at the bottom:

ok, but i've never lifted my front tire up, and never plan on. only mod i've done to it was putting on the seat cowl. everything else was done from the previous owner
