Actually, Nikon should realize he's now, effectively, being held to a higher standard whether he's in uniform or not. His intentional, pro-active, online, hateful remarks against certain individuals can be construed in many different ways, and are liable to come back and bite him in the ass someday. All it takes is a lawsuit by some punk ass, a sympathetic Judge, and evidence/mere accusation of moral turpitute...
