globe and the NY times publically backing Kerry

The Herald backing Bush

WTF is that? any thoughts? I never notcied this shit before....how can that be ok...

when did this start...

i REALLY don't like it... particularly with the NYtimes as that's generally a great newspaper... but they're just like any other business, they either back Bush, Kerry, or Both.

when did this start...

Haven't newspaper endorsements been going on pretty much forever?

The NY times endorsement is a fairly nice summary of what bugs people about President Bush.

Yeah, newspaper endorsements have been going on forever, but red, you are right that its just a wee bit incongruous... or mayhaps more than a wee bit
