Getting bored of arguing politics...

ahahaha...!

Actually, AT LEAST Bush was Governor of a major state, whereas Kerry was just a Senator from Massachusetts.

Oh, and if you think it's tough getting elected into the Senate, back me with about 5-10 million and I'll show you just how tough it can be....

That 70% is just another lie with statistics right there. That number reflects his attendence on the Senate Intelligence Committee, not his attendance in the Senate or on coting issues. Its just propaganda thrown at you that you bought, hook line and sinker.

We know a good deal about Kerry if you bother to look at his actual voting record itself (you can find it online at a .gov domain, anyplace else you find it isn't likely to be terribly accurate). Contrary to Bush, who all we knew was that he was willing to do things like enact a 'Jesus Day'

And btw Joe, its actually much harder to get a Senate seat that a gubernatorial seat. Compare the number of dollars spent on each campaign... Costs about half as much to become a governor in the majority of states as it does to become a senator (in pure dollars spent of course)

I think it depends on the State... I don't know about the *majority* though....

There's eight states where it costs more to become governor than it costs to become a senator (in terms of campaign spending trends)

Think big states

Small states a gubernatorial campaign is nowhere near as big or pricey as a senate campaign.

At least you got my point, a VERY telling point. BTW, if he can't make the intelligence committee meetings, what business does he have blasting the President on intelligence issues? I'm really surprised, given how intelligent you and Clayton and highsider are, that you guys don't see right through Kerry. He has proven time and time again, that he will say anything, no matter how outrageous the lie, to get elected.

I don't know why we continue to argue this stuff....
I can't wait for the election to end.
Maybe after Nov.2, we can post on MOTORCYCLE related stuff!!!!

So when is NESR day at F1 Boston?????????????????

That of course is a very telling point. But its a point OUT of context. The majority of time Kerry was serving on the Intelligence Committee initially, he was a very junior senator, and as far as big committees go, junior senators usually just give their proxy vote on the committee to the senior party members on the committee. Its just a political play that is a side effect of our entirely two party dominated system.

It doesn't change my opinion that Kerry will look at new intelligence more as hints than as black and white knowledge like our current president did...

Ahhh, arguing on the internet

Wouldn't you be happier with an Iran that isn't enriching uranium on their own? (especially given that reactor grade material isn't usable in fission or fusion bombs without further enrichment?)

This is how we have the current N. Korea situation.

There's alot of talk about Iran becoming a democracy on it's own...

This is what you think Kerry will do. But, even you and his other supporters must admit that nobody has any idea of what he will really do, if elected.

I know I will not change any minds, here, but I have read many editorials and articles written by Kerry supporters over the past few weeks. The one thing that ALL of the writers that I read have in common is that none are very excited about Kerry. They all just hate Bush. Sad.....
