GASP

Go ahead, say it "Your Game, Your Rules"

Lol

Seriously, after the election, no matter who wins I am done with this topic for a while....

I'll either be crying in my beer, or poppin the Dom, but either way, unless we start bombing Iran, I'm all done with talking politics for a while...

I can't. I can't write or speak, but rather let others do it for me (less evidence).

BUT, I can quote the infamous bemus upon getting wind his arguments were about to be shattered, or I was leading him down the slope of self contradiction, whereas he would exclaim, "Your game, your rules...."

Cept after the election it will be "carrying the solo torch"... isn't that a euphemism for something or other?

Bri, being the future sec of def, I have to say no to invading Iran, lets just lob a few cruise missles, more expensive at first, but very very effective

Yeah but then chaos ensues. Either invade and force a new government on them, or just wipe 'em off the face of the map.

Seriously though, something has to be done about Iran. For the Bush haters...you DO KNOW that Kerry wants to supply nuclear technology (for energy purposes) to Iran, don't you? (think N. Korea)
Hohum, if anything makes you shiver, that should be it. And you're voting for him.

There are many things that Kerry supporters know nothing of about him...

Like, EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

Do any Kerry supporters, honestly, know what to expect of him IF he does get elected???? He certainly has no record of any signifigant accomplishments in his 25+ year political career.

Yes, Kerry and Edwards want to supply fissile material suitable for use in nuclear reactors (BUT NOT WEAPONS) to the Iranians on the condition that they drop their enrichment program (since if its just for energy as they say, they should be totally willing to get some cheap ready made uranium from us)

Wouldn't you be happier with an Iran that isn't enriching uranium on their own? (especially given that reactor grade material isn't usable in fission or fusion bombs without further enrichment?)

No, we don't know what Kerry will do but even a trained monkey could do better as president than the current trained monkey

Seriously, thats a bogus argument. What did you guys know about Bush before he came into office? The same thing, NOTHING. He was a failed businessman, and governor of a state.... whoopdedoo. Thats just like the old "don't switch horses mid race" argument, and its another "fear mongering" no substance argument.

Chris, do you realize how dangerous that would be? Do you remember when Madeline "halfbright" Albright made the same deal with N Korea? They "promised" not to use the technology for weapons enrichment. Guess what, they broke their promise. Do you really think that the Iranians, who already hate us, would keep their promise? I certainly would not trust them. Besides, why would Iran, a country with some of the world's most plentiful oil reserves need to use nuclear energy for their power? Do you think they have something else in mind?

No fear mongering at all, just the facts, Jack!!!! You are correct in the fact that we knew relatively little about G.W. before he was elected, but we know far less of the Senator from Massachussetts other than his failure to report for his obligations 70% of the time throughout his Senate tenure.
