Actually, before this is even considered, we ought to think about getting rid of the IRS and implementing a new, FAIR and EASY to understand tax code.

Read your constitution.... and amendment is not that easy.. it also needs to be ratified by 2/3 of the states, a process that usually takes several years to accomplish

I've also heard proposals to change the presidential term to 6 years and limit it to 1 term

I highly doubt that they'll get rid of that amendment. It's there for a reason.
