at what point do you draw the line? How 'dumb' does one have to be to cross into 'mentally ill'? In the greater scheme of things, this sort of thing seems to apply to a small portion of that unfortunate pool, anyway. This small pool is either locked away forever, or will be executed. Both keep them out of society anyway. It's really a side-effect of an imperfect justice system, those borderline 'gray' cases that do not fit nicely.

I'm not too concerned, too small of a group. RandyO's bike may be dirty as hell and have some quirks, but it still runs strong.
