My expedition was hit while parked by some little English Cocksucker, he said it was my fault for parking it there. WTF So, i submit a claim to Commerce Insurance, they send an adjuster, I think he might be blind and dumb., Commerce send,s me a check for $35.oo What a bunch of money grubbing A_Holes. I agrue with them, they say oh no, thats not a dent, I say well its a small dent, they say its not. WTF SO I call the other guys insurance comp. They send a adjuster, and cut me a check for 1124.00 If anyone has COMMERCE INSURANCE< drop the fuckers now!!!!

I have allways had the best luck with Commerce Insurane, never a problem any time I needed them. You must have got stuck with an asshat of an adjuster.

i ahve commerce for a yr now but haven't made any claim. are n't you suppose to deal directly with the other insurance if not your fault?

Hmm, a guy at work has commerce and got a 1998 jeep back 4 months after he was hit head-on. Though again I cite the asshat of an adjuster on this one, but it seems Comm. doesen't oversee it almost. Dude missed half the damage on visit #1, shop got it and said "like whoa" and then over the next several visits proceeded to invest ~11.5k into a vehicle with a market value of about 8k.

I insure with them tho as Met. pissed me off. Though they do rock as far as post-collision lawsuits are concerned, and dealing with scumbags and stuff (the irony kills me)

Commerce sucks, period. How can your own insurance company refuse to pay for damage. WTF, I dumped the rotten fucks ! Just a note to beware, Commerce really sucks.
I've been told that they pay off al the politicians in Mass, so that they can control and set the rates here. F'in A Holes !
