just putting it out there, i am starting a new job at a mortgage broker. we do refinances, new buys, pretty much anything and we use a ton of lenders so we can almost always get you a better rate and save you a lot of money. got a adjustable rate we can lock you into a fixed no problem...will save you a bunch. you can pay off all your bills have money to spend and still pay less then you do now. i am in transistion from another job so i am not in a lot right now but the number for Mortgage options of America is 401-946-7192 or shoot me a pm and i can call you when it is good for you.
so get the word out, it is much appreciated, we can help each other.

come on no-one has even thought of it. even if u havent if u give me even just 2 min. of your time and some basic information i can let you know how much we can save you. wouldnt it be nice to pay of the bike, and maybe do some things to the house and still pay less then you do now??? there is no risk involved in checking it out, only savings. think about it. interest rates are on the rise and since we are on the wholesalers end we still have great rates. just think about it.
thanks again.

Ok I'll try it

I don't own a house
I don't owe anything on my Jeep
I don't owe anything on my motorcycles
My credit card bills are $1200 with a 0% interest rate for the life of the loan

So. How much can I expect to save?

Well, I only have 2 loans out and it'd be great if you can save me some cash (but i doubt it)

Yamaha Finance I owe $3,456.91 @ 3.9% apr (The YZ 450 i bought last year) and that rate stays for another 18 months, then jumps to 11.9% if it's not paid off

GMAC financing i owe somewhere around $30k for my truck @ 5.9% financing for 66 months

Ok , here's the deal, I bought a biz property and paid cash for it, but I had to take out 100K against my house to pay for it. The biz property is worth about 400-450K. I want to just get a mortgage for about $200,000. Is that do-able?
Thanks
John
